1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Products & Services

Digital Products

We offer digital products including books, training programs, and online courses. Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

Physical Products

We sell physical golf training aids and materials. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location. See our Refunds & Returns Policy for return eligibility.

Membership Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval (monthly or annually) until canceled. You will be charged the then-current membership rate. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Recurring Billing Authorization; Pricing Changes

By enrolling in a membership subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the stated interval until you cancel. We may change subscription pricing from time to time; changes apply at renewal and we will provide notice as required by law.

Golf Schools & In-Person Events

Golf schools and in-person instruction are subject to availability and specific terms provided at registration. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in our Refunds Policy. By purchasing a school, you agree to the school cancellation and transfer policy described in our Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect existing orders or active subscriptions until renewal.

Payment is processed securely through our billing providers and payment processors (including BasisTheory and Keap, and any applicable payment processor used at checkout). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees, including recurring subscription charges where you have enrolled in a membership.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing question, please contact support before initiating a chargeback. If a chargeback is initiated, we may suspend access to the applicable product/service while the dispute is pending.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Before starting arbitration, you agree to contact us at support@theintelligentgolfer.ai and provide a brief description of the dispute and the relief requested. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within a reasonable period.

Arbitration

If not resolved, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products/services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Arbitration will take place in Oklahoma, unless you and we agree otherwise.

Small Claims

Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court as an alternative to arbitration, if eligible.

No Class Actions

You and we agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a class, collective, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.
